In light of this study's examination of the impact of organizational culture on employee performance and job satisfaction, it becomes clear that organizational culture represents the frame of reference that guides employees' professional behavior and determines the nature of relationships within the workplace. The results revealed that organizational values and beliefs directly contribute to enhancing commitment and achieving effective performance, while the absence of fairness and equality in the application of rules and procedures leads to weak loyalty and decreased job satisfaction. Through a literature review and secondary data analysis, the study demonstrated that organizational culture is not merely a theoretical concept, but rather a practical force capable of guiding performance and shaping a stimulating work environment that supports innovation and collaboration, especially when combined with continuous motivation and a supportive environment for interaction and knowledge exchange. It also highlighted that different management styles have varying impacts on performance and satisfaction. A flexible culture open to change enhances productivity, while a bureaucratic culture limits creativity and weakens morale. Therefore, the study concluded that managing organizational culture in an integrated manner requires clear articulation of values and practices and fair application of systems and rewards. This contributes to creating a balanced environment that achieves employee satisfaction and maintains stable performance, making it an essential strategic tool for ensuring sustainable organizational success.
