The Impact of Administrative Empowerment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: From the Perspective of Employees at Al-Jumhouria Bank, Al-Marqab branch- Al-Khums

The study problem lies in answering the second question: What is the impact of administrative empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior from the perspective of employees at the Al-Murqab branch of the Republic Bank? This study aimed to identify the impact of administrative empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior at the bank under study, as well as to determine the level of organizational citizenship behavior at the bank. The study was based on the main hypothesis: that there is no statistically significant impact of administrative empowerment (information sharing, employee motivation, teamwork, and delegation of authority) on organizational citizenship behavior among the bank's employees. The descriptive and analytical methodologies were employed, as they were deemed suitable for the nature of the study. The study population consisted of all employees at the bank under study. Due to the small size of the population, a comprehensive survey was used. The study yielded several key findings, including: The results showed a direct relationship between administrative empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior, with a correlation coefficient of 0.889, indicating a positive correlation between the two variables. The study also indicated a high level of positive evaluation of the level of administrative empowerment from the perspective of the study population. The study also reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Working to increase trust, granting freedom, and encouraging employees to participate in the appropriate decision-making process within the bank under study. The bank's management should adopt a policy of holding seminars and workshops to evaluate and activate organizational citizenship both theoretically and practically, and to clarify its positive effects on employees within the bank under study.
