This study aims to identify the impact of work-related stress on the performance of banking services in commercial banks. It also aims to identify the types of work-related stress experienced by employees while providing banking services in banks. The research results showed that employees are exposed to high levels of work stress, which negatively impacts their ability to perform their jobs. Work stress also significantly impacts the quality of banking services, with employees admitting that psychological and physical stress reduces their efficiency and increases transaction errors. The results showed a rise in feelings of loss of focus and efficiency in performing tasks due to increased pressure, negatively impacting overall productivity at the bank. The study recommends a set of recommendations, the most important of which is that management should enhance the work environment to support employee health. Psychological and physical well-being through the provision of programs that promote work-life balance practices. Organizing training courses to enhance stress management skills and effectively address them is crucial to equip employees to tackle daily work challenges. It is also important to provide psychological resources and support, such as psychological counseling or workshops, to improve employee psychological well-being.
