Abstract

This study aims to explore how knowledge management can enhance the performance capabilities of institutions to adapt to a fast and volatile work environment, especially in light of their efforts to find solutions that ensure their stability and the success of their activities. Many institutions recognize the value of utilizing knowledge resources and their impact on refining the technical skills of human resources, in addition to guiding the behavior of leaders. This approach can contribute to building a knowledge base that includes innovative solutions for various challenges faced by institutions in carrying out their activities. The study concluded that there is a strong relationship between knowledge management and institutional performance through the impact of applying knowledge management in increasing the efficiency of individuals working in institutions and improving the quality of institutional processes.
