The Impact of Digital Transformation on the Development of Administrative Performance: A Field Study at the Social Security Fund, Ajdabiya

This study aimed to identify the impact of digital transformation and its dimensions (Digital Transformation Strategy, Digital Infrastructure, Digital Culture) on developing administrative performance at the Social Security Fund in Ajdabiya. To achieve its objectives, the researchers employed the descriptive analytical method and used a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The study population consisted of all employees at the fund, and a simple random sample of (132) employees was selected. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used for data analysis. The study reached several key findings, the most important of which are: the level of digital transformation across its dimensions was high, and the degree of administrative performance development was also high. The results further revealed a statistically significant positive impact of digital transformation, with all its dimensions combined, on developing administrative performance. Additionally, both dimensions (Digital Culture and Digital Transformation Strategy) showed a strong individual impact on developing administrative performance. The study presented a set of recommendations hoped to contribute to enhancing the impact of digital transformation on developing administrative performance at the Social Security Fund in Ajdabiya.
