Abstract

This study emphasizes that digital transformtion and digital marketing are an existential necessity for thy republican Bank in thy twenty -first century. What the study proves with statistcl accuracy leaving no room for doubt .is that the path to su ccess does not lie merely in purchasing the latest technologies or opening pages on media :(Translation Social communication. The real path passes" through a bridge of trust that needs to be built brick by brick, by addressing the customer's security concerns, and by communicating with them in a personalized language that proves to them that the bank understands them as an .individual and not as a number in a database The future of Jumhouria Bank's leadership lies neither in the size of its physical assets nor in the number of its traditional branches, but rather in its ability to transform the digital data it possesses into a strategic vision, to turn technology into a simplified and secure human experience, and to transform marketing campaigns into continuous and meaningful .conversations with its customers The required transformation is not only technical, but rather a shift in mindset, culture, and strategy from a bank that provides digital services, to a ". smart financial partner
