Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises on improving balance in children with lower limb cerebral palsy. The researchers used an experimental approach due to its suitability for the nature of the study. A sample of six children, aged 4 to 6 years, was selected purposively. The most important conclusion reached by the researchers was the positive effect of therapeutic exercises on improving balance in children with lower limb cerebral palsy. The researchers' main recommendations included using the proposed treatment program, encouraging the research participants to continue the therapeutic exercises, emphasizing the need for the state to pay attention to cerebral palsy patients, conducting similar studies and research on children with cerebral palsy within Libya, and urging parents to ensure their children attend the therapeutic exercises regularly due to their importance in developing their child's abilities.
