Abstract

This study attempts to address a topic of paramount importance to social stability, focusing on the impact of the philosophy of legal education on social cohesion and the necessity of integrating it into the curricula of educational institutions in the country. The absence of legal awareness among individuals regarding their duties and rights contributes to the development of negative behavior within society, which in turn affects social relations and bonds between individuals. The philosophy of legal education cultivates in individuals the skills for positive interaction with other members of their community and contributes to building bonds of cohesion, integration, and solidarity among them, which positively impacts development in the country. The philosophy of legal education helps create a generation that understands its duties and rights. This understanding dismantles the notion of confusing duty and right, as such confusion is a factor in the erosion of social cohesion. Furthermore, it facilitates the rational resolution of problems and crises facing the state, prioritizing the common good over individual interests, thus avoiding chaos and destruction. In conclusion, the study reached several key findings, most notably that an individual's understanding of legal texts in their country requires instruction in the philosophy of legal education. This philosophy aims to raise awareness of one's duties and rights, which in turn influences their understanding of the boundaries of their interactions with other members of society. Furthermore, the philosophy of legal education fosters an atmosphere of integration and cohesion among members of society, contributing to the sustainability of social stability.
